CME/CE Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) through the joint providership of Great Lakes Learning, LLC and Genspect. GLL is accredited by MSMS to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
GLL designates this live activity for a maximum of AMA PRA Category 1.5 Credit(s)TM. Each physician should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses:
The ACCME is approved by the board of nurses as an acceptable provider of continuing education for renewal of license.
For all other members of the Healthcare Team:
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all other healthcare professionals requesting credits in accordance with state licensing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.
