Genspect American College Survey Volume 2
By Genspect
We’re thrilled by the feedback and engagement we received on Volume 1 of the Genspect American College Survey. Your comments and insights have been invaluable, and we’re so grateful for this community’s support as we expand this resource.
What’s This Survey About?
This project is designed to help parents of gender-distressed high school students navigate the complex college application process. We’re committed to providing essential information that highlights colleges across the United States, with a specific focus on their stance and actions regarding transgender issues, allowing parents to make informed choices in an ever-challenging educational landscape.
New: Feedback Form
As we continue, we’d like to hear from even more of you. If for any reason you’d prefer not to leave a comment or reach out via email, we’ve introduced a Feedback Form that allows you to share your thoughts. Whether you’d like to suggest a school, offer a correction, or simply provide your perspective, this form offers a simple way to do so. Find the form here!
The Project’s Goals
The Genspect American College Survey was created to offer a clear, comprehensive resource for parents who want their children to pursue a college education without pressure toward medical intervention or a strong emphasis on gender activist culture. We evaluate colleges based on their engagement with gender identity issues, categorizing each institution as None, Moderate, or Strong depending on their approach to transgender activism, health services, and student organizations.
Schools rated as None do not advocate for gender identity activism. Moderate schools offer some resources while maintaining a balanced campus culture, and Strong schools integrate transgender support and activism into many aspects of student life.
Volume 2: Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin
This second volume covers ten more states, continuing our work to assess colleges in every region in the United States. Our evaluation considers each school’s policies, campus resources, and overall engagement with transgender-related issues to help you find the environment that best fits your family’s priorities.
As we move forward, please know that your feedback continues to shape this project. Whether you’ve used the Feedback Form or left a comment, we’re listening. Together, we’re creating a valuable resource for families seeking information and clarity on this crucial topic.
You can download and review Volume 2 below, featuring detailed information on colleges in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
