Statement from Carrie Mendoza, MD – Director Genspect USA
It is with a mixture of excitement and determination that I step into this role as the leader of the Genspect USA team. I have been inspired by Genspect’s achievements since their inception in 2021 and I have also witnessed the struggles and setbacks faced by individuals experiencing gender dysphoria in the United States. It has been devastating to see our country lose its way in providing compassionate and effective treatment for those in need.

However, I firmly believe that together, we can make a difference. We have the opportunity to course correct and pave a path toward better support and understanding for individuals with gender dysphoria. I am committed to utilizing my skills and passion to advocate for positive change.
Following on from the release of the WPATH Files by Michael Shellenberger and Mia Hughes, and the banning of puberty blockers in the UK, one of the key initiatives I am eager to launch is a petition calling on President Joe Biden to take action about this unfolding medical scandal and ban the use of puberty blockers. It is essential that we address this issue head-on and ensure that young people receive appropriate care that prioritizes their long-term well-being. Please sign our petition if you support our endeavor.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside each of you as we embark on this important journey together. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and create a better society for all.
